Wellness Wednesday Tip:
Most people are aware that too much sugar is not good for them ...do you know how much sugar you actually consume on a daily basis? Start reading nutrition labels and pay attention to how many grams of sugar you consume each day. The recommendations are for less than 20-25 grams for women and 32-37 grams for men (this includes natural sugars). Paying attention and becoming aware is the first step in making changes to lower your sugar intake.
Is your "healthy" smoothie or protein bar really that healthy?
