Learn about our coffee

We source our beans from producers around the world, and we roast them fresh to order. We frequently pay well above Fair Trade prices to support coffee farmers using sustainable and ethical practices.

Very fresh. Your coffee isn't roasted until you order, ensuring the freshest beans with unrivaled taste and flavor. We typically ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting it.

We are currently roasting on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed after 11:30 am ET will be roasted and shipped the following roasting day.

Short answer, yes. We always recommend that you buy whole bean coffee. Your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you grind it just before brewing. However, if you're not ready to grind your own beans quite yet, then we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you. You can choose a grind when selecting your product.
