Roasting Schedule

At Kunjani we believe that when it comes to coffee, freshness matters, that's why we roast to order and ship within 24 hours when possible.

When you place an order online, you're not getting a bag pulled from a shelf. Our team adds it to a scheduled roast day (based on your order time) and your coffee is made fresh just for you.

Current Roasting Schedule

At the moment we are roasting 2 days a week, Monday and Thursday. Orders made after 12:00 pm EST will be roasted on the following roast day.

Please note that very rarely (due to extenuating circumstances such as volume or holidays) your order may be sometimes added to a different roast date than above.
