The Sugar Cane Decaf Process

This coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process, also known as the ethyl acetate (EA) method. It uses ethyl acetate, a naturally occurring compound derived from sugarcane and molasses, to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural sweetness and flavor. The result is a clean, flavorful cup that is 99.9% caffeine free.
