About the Producers

Founded in 2007 by 10 women, AMPROCAL now includes over 300 female producers. The cooperative promotes organic practices, sustainability, and ongoing education among its members. Their efforts ensure high-quality coffee production while improving incomes and community well-being.

Farmers handpick coffee cherries, ferment them for 12–18 hours, and sun-dry the parchment for 4–7 days, crafting a coffee of exceptional quality and care.
